Is anyone knows how does galaxy watch active shows heart hate alerts when rate is over 90%?

Alerting the user of high heart rate works only when measurement is set to "continuous".. when continuous, it simply alerts you all the time, working out or resting.. it's All The Time. However, the max alert is still 150.. which is silly. 150 is too low for most people who work out.
