How does the step tracking work when you have them being counted on both your phone and galaxy watch at the same time?

Do you get 2 results or does it only track one device at a time or what?

When I wear my watch, the steps are counted only on my watch, and when I take it off then my phone tracks steps and adds onto the watch ones

Do they both get combined on the Samsung Health app?

And which would you says more accurate? Phone or Watch?

I'm not really sure which is more accurate, I would probably say watch - and youre pretty much always wearing the watch, so it would count every step, unlike with phone which you wont have every step you do, and yes, they both get combined on samsung health

How sensitive is the watch tracking? - Does it track small steps or do yoy have to be swinging your arm every time

With the heart rate tracking and oxygen tracking things etc.... are they always tracking or do you have to manually put it on for X amount of time?

I'm finding the Watch very accurate, I'm getting what is classed as an average for most people which is 2000 steps per mile. Measure your stride then do the maths. The steps don't get combined when wearing Watch and carrying the phone, you only get the actual steps you have walked.

I find the watch sensitivity is fairly sensitive and works without swing arms, think it must pick up body motion.

I have not mucked about with the heart tracking, I have left it at its default setting and am getting average heart rate readings and graph etc under Samsung Health.

Hope this helps

The watch tracking is really good, you don't have to be swinging your arm everytime, and for heart rate, you can select how often u want it to be tracked, and I'm not really too sure about the oxygen because I don't really use it, but it does it automatically when I'm sleeping is all I know about the oxygen
