How do I find the repair bit and also find out what it will cost as the device only cost £40 and it isn't worth paying more than the item costs to replace

Alternatively, you can reach out to our colleagues on social media to get your repair arranged. They're available on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter from 9am to 9pm every day. Your watch has a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase but please note that this doesn't cover physical damage. If there is a cost associated with your repair, you'll be notified by our engineers upon inspection.
