Hi

I can't find my receipt but my fitwatch is less than a year old. Is there anyway I can find out when I purchase it?

Speak to whoever you purchased it from or if you purchased via an online store hopefully you made an account and the info you seek will be there or maybe you have an email receipt.

Failing any of the above samsung maybe able to help you with the watches serial number but I'm not sure if you don't have the receipt.

Hi @ScoutyPat  Did you register it after purchasing, if so details should be in your Samsung account.  If not you you have a digital receipt, it is best to save important emails though for easy access. otherwise as has been mentioned a store or online shop may be able to assist.

If you ordered it online you should have been emailed order confirmation.
