Offer was only running for September....did you purchase the phone before end of September....you will need proof of delivery and proof of purchase

I purchased on 26th of September but delivery is on 10th of October. I tried to check the claims process and I need the new device IMEI number which is obviously I don't have yet because waiting for delivery. Very hope I'm still entitled to claims

As you made a purchase during the eligible period, you'll be able to make a claim! Plus as mentioned by @GT2005 you have 60 days from the date of purchase to make a claim!
