Now updated to new wear OS 

Still cannot see google nest doorbell (live feed) on the watch, i thought this was something that was available or is it pixel watch exclusive?

it's probably pixel exclusive, plus literally no cameras (hikvision/ring etc) cannot be viewed.

You can see it via the Samsung Smartthings app on the watch.

It's weird cos although I have Google connected to smart things I can't see anything Google related on it 🤷‍♂️

It links me to the phone and will not display on the watch. Can you advise how to get it to work?
