Gear S2 Classic - Stuck on watch tutorial screen after a reset

Hi.

My Samsung Gear S2 Classic (UK) was not working correctly, it wouldn't let me reset using the on screen options so i did a factory reset using the usual method. (hold in home button, wait for rebooting screen, press home 3 times, select factory command, hold in home button)

However after the reset it now keeps getting stuck on the watch tutorial screen, it tells you about the bezel left actions, the bezel right actions & the back key actions but gets stuck on the part that tells you what the home button does. I have kept trying but it does not go any further than the screen that says "And here's the home key, that shows all the apps you have"

I have tried restarting multiple times, using multiple options in the boot menu but nothing seems to work, it just goes back to the tutorial before constantly getting stuck on the home key part.

I have even downloaded ODIN & the correct firmware, then navigated to the boot screen & tried the wireless download option to install the new firmware with ODIN using my laptop but i'm having problems connecting that way as well, i keep getting either a 110 error or a 111 error, according to users on XDA Developers it must be my laptop firewall on windows 10, but i have disabled both the Windows Firewall & Windows Defender & get the same errors.

The errors are either 110 or 111 depending on what  security i am disabling.

Am i missing something?
