I've recently updated my phone from an A5 to an A10. My Samsung watch active (78BB) worked perfectly on my A5. Now my Active Watch isn't working. It's recording sleep and steps. The stress just vanished and now I'm virtually flatlining according to the heart figures. Samsung performed an update to Samsung Active during my setup. Has anyone else had these problems? If so can you please help me.
