I just received my Galaxy swatch about a week ago and last night after I got hole from work I turned it off and placed it on the charger. This morning I tried turning it on and it would. It kept saying it was rebooting and after holding down the power button then rapidly pressing it after the rebooting screen appeared I held down on the continue option and the reboot option and both times nothing happens. I haven’t been able to
find anywhere a step by step guide on a reboot loop specifically for the Galaxy watch.

Thanks for this - I had the same issue and your fix worked for me!

Nothing is working for me either. I've pressed the button three time, everything. This is very frustrating. My watch is barely 3 months old.

After installing the latest Bixby update yesterday, July 13th 2020, my Galaxy Active 2 watch has been having problems responding to screen and button touch and today it powered itself off, won't charge, and keeps rebooting and turning off!!!!

I´ve got the same problem. It looks like the watch MAY BE water proof.
I´ve dosed it with isopropilic alcohol (electronic board cleaner), clened with solvent and also cleaned with electronic board spray can cleaner (HCFC-141b based), I´ve also used the hairdryer to clean the watch after every clean to remove the solvente and to avoid atmosferic water to condesate in the watch again.
Luckly, after 6 months trying it´s working again.

I'm facing the same issue. Would you be able to share with me the tutorial to disassemble the watch?

*set your watch on charging device and follow the instructions while device is charging!
> Turn the Galaxy Watch off.
> Press and hold the Power key until 'Rebooting' displays at the bottom of the screen.
> Press the Power key three times quickly until the 'Select Reboot Mode' screen displays.
> Press the Power key several times to highlight ' Recovery'.
> Press and hold the Home key for three seconds to select, until the Galaxy Watch begins rebooting.

I had the same problem, it started some weeks ago, after ryding my bike, my watch got wet for about 5 minutes, after a small rain, and started the reboot loop problem, the day after, using a hard reset it finally worked, but time to time, it just powers off and starts the reboot loop all over again, in my case, the only thing that worked, was try to hard reset a 100 times until it works.
If you search this problem you will find that its a common issue with humidity, its a joke that a watch that the same box tells that it's watherproof, has this problem over a small rain, I'm very dissapointed at samsung quality and service.
If you have this problem and you are covered by your warranty, dont try to fix it yourself, because eventually you will have this problem again, and if you miss your warranty time, it is cheaper to buy a new watch than fix it.

Sergio, I completely agree! Here is my story but I think we had the same issue:
***I got it to work when everything I read online did not work***
I had this issue with my Samsung gear S3 frontier. I had been outside in the yard working (which I've done plenty of times), only this time the bezel was really hard to turn for some reason. I figured maybe it got grass or dirt under it, but then it went into the reboot loop. All the help online did not help, I removed it from my phone app (Galaxy Wearable) and bluetooth pairing, and all the other suggestions and nothing worked- I was mad.
I have waited a long time (a month) as it ran out of power, went dead and sat. Finally, I watched a YouTube video how to take off the bezel and clean it up (very simple) thinking maybe the stuck bezel was causing some fault.
***Then I did the following (not sure if this is because so much time passed that any residual memory was flushed:
1) Held the power button until it rebooted.
2) When the reboot/logo came up I held down BOTH the back and power buttons at the same time for about a minute.
3) It stayed off when I released the buttons.
4) Then I hit the power button like normal and it came on and stayed on working perfectly.
5) I just paired it back up and updated some of the software and working like normal!!!
I think the odd issues people are seeing is one of the following:
1) Some moisture in the watch which just takes time to dry,
2) A fault due to a stuck bezel, that once unstuck fixes the problem,
3) A fault in the watch that only clears out when all the power is drained for a long period of time (in my case a month),
4) A faulty application that loads, and again take a complete power drain to clear out any local memory.
Anyway- I was almost ready to give up, and now it's working for me. Hopefully you find this information valuable and it works for you too! Good luck!
