Hi,

I am French living in Sweden and I just bought a Galaxy Pro 5 from Amazon France.
I have a dual sim on my OnePlus Pro 9, one with my French number (Europe enabled) and one with my Swedish one (Sweden enabled).
I seem to be unable to activate the mobile subscription (whichever simcard I choose), I consistently get error code -1.
Is this a region block ? How to circumvent that if any ? Is it possible to change the region ? What Samsung service can I turn to ?

Have you setup a separate plan with one of your networks to use with that sim card?

I don't think I have done that no, my french sim card has a separate plan, like a subscription extension, isn't that sufficient ?

You need to contact you mobile service provider and ask them to add an E-sim to your contract for watch.

You need to ask for a smartwatch plan, they will ask for imei of your watch and the model, then your watch will have its own lte and number via esim.
