Galaxy watch - my watch faces won't apply in the wearable app

I have linked my galaxy watch and z fold 3 together, but my watch faces won't apply in the wearable app, then on my watch the edit mode doesn't show any of my downloaded faces and just shows the galaxy store. I have tried everything, literally.
