Galaxy watch 6 trade in

Do I have to send my galaxy 5 Pro watch in with strap,or can I just send watch, I live in UK any help would be appreciated

I think, as long as they get the watch there happy I've just got my watch 6 classic today but I'm not sure it's worth the upgrade from the watch 5 Pro I will try it for a few days and see if the battery life is as good as the 5 Pro as the battery on the 5p is really good, good to have the rotating bezel back though..

This is what samsung custmer service told me:

Due to health and hygiene reasons. NO STRAPS ARE REQUIRED. Straps will be discarded when received.
