I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 Classic 47mm in early August 2023. Barely a month later the watch band broke while I was putting the watch on my wrist. The hole in the rubber band for the spring bar broke. Contacted Samsung 2 times and was a total waste of time. They said they couldn't replace the band because of physical damage, as if I had broken it on purpose. The rubber is very weak and I suspect Samsung is aware of this as they provided a free fabric band with this purchase, in all likelihood knowing that the rubber band wouldn't last. Extremely poor service for a $785 CAD product. I have been a Samsung customer for 2 decades and that relationship ended today. I will never purchase a Samsung product again and I would strongly urge anyone considering purchasing a Samsung watch not to do so. Their after sales service is nonexistent.
