I'm loving your song choice, @c3fizl, the issue you're experiencing with the wake-up gesture on your Watch5 Pro isn't so great, though! I recommend submitting an Error report to allow the Software Team to investigate this issue further for you. To do this:
Your report will then be reviewed and you'll receive a response via the Members app.

I have this same problem after AWA3 installation, error already submitted via Wereapble app.
IMHO this is really annoying and i can't say it "isn't so great".
