My Galaxy watch 46mm recently received the Tizen 5 update.... when the watch restarted it hung on the Samsung Galaxy Watch Screen.... I have attempted to restart in recovery & Factory Reset using the watch buttons but to no avail.... I have also tried to open a service repair as the watch is under 2 years old it should get repaired under warranty... However the website does not recognise the Serial Number of the watch.... I can only assume that this is because I purchased the watch in Dubai.. How do I go about booking a service repair for this watch...
