Hi, Since the latest update my GW4 has gone crazy, Bixby keeps popping up at random time and music starts playing but has no sound and it's killing the battery, charged it to 100% 3hrs ago and now it's at 44% and  the watch so slowwww. Is there anyway to remove the update and go back to the old system.

Please help!!!!

Hi @Malleybo

To turn off Bixby on a Samsung Galaxy Watch, you can:

  1. Open Settings
  2. Scroll to Buttons and gestures
  3. Select Press and hold
  4. Switch from Bixby to Power off menu
You can also force stop Bixby on your watch by:

  1. Opening the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected phone
  2. Tapping Apps
  3. Tapping App info
  4. Tapping Bixby
  5. Tapping Force stop
  6. Tapping Force stop again to confirm

Also you can clear the cache of your watch > https://www.reddit.com/r/GalaxyWatch/comments/1bo0nq2/reminder_to_wipe_cache_after_updating

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Buttons and gestures is set to Power off menu, there's isn't a Bixby app, but a Bixby Voice app, which I forced stop and have cleared the cache,

Noce of the above worked, Bixby is acting like a psycho....

Thank for the help.

I am having similar issue after last update. 3 nights ago, fall detected, sending message after message to my ICE contacts. No fall, in bed with hubby at time who was receiving them. Had to turn watch off to stop. Stopped the alerts from being sent on the wearables app. Since then power drain where watch needs full charging every 6hrs. I have turned everything off on it and put into power save mode. Sound off just vibrate. None of this has helped. The watch may as well be just a cheap digital watch right now. Useless.

Have tried the steps below but not looking good. Is this just a way to get me to buy a new one?
