Ok anyone know how to disable or even remove Bixby, because it's waking and doing things on my watch, I can't find anywhere to disable it, it's something I will never use and it's stuffing up my watch. I just watch a movie and Bixby got activated around 30 times, it's so bad.

Hi, Thank you to all those that tried to help, I've managed to solve the issue, took a reset of the watch to fix it (been testing all day, no sign of Psycho Bixby and power is good).

IMO Samsung should recommend a backup and reset after a watch update to stop this type of thing happening.

Again, Thanks.

Hi

You can try depending or your watch model go to watch settings (on the watch) > buttons and gestures > press and hold change that to power off manu.

You can also go to settings > advanced features > find bixby > settings > turn off voice wake up.

Thanks for your reply.

I can't find any options for buttons and gestures on the watch and voice wake up is already turned off.

Bixby is just waking up at random times, even when there is no sound, it pops-up, listening... and also I believe it's playing my music randomly.

PS. found buttons and gestures on my phone and it's already set to power off menu.

Hi @Malleybo  👋

From a Google Search

To turn off Bixby on a Samsung Galaxy Watch, you can:

  1. Open Settings
  2. Scroll to Buttons and gestures
  3. Select Press and hold
  4. Switch from Bixby to Power off menu
You can also force stop Bixby on your watch by:

  1. Opening the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected phone
  2. Tapping Apps
  3. Tapping App info
  4. Tapping Bixby
  5. Tapping Force stop
  6. Tapping Force stop again to confirm. "

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

Thanks for your reply

Buttons and gestures is already set to Power of menu and can't find and Bixby app, just a Bixby Voice app which I killed, hopeful that works, because Bixby drained my battery in 5hrs.

There isn't a Bixby app, but a Bixby Voice, I stopped that, but it didn't work, Bixby is still activating, even if the room is silent.

Everything to do with Bixby is turned off or deactivated... unless there's a hidden psycho mode???
