Galaxy watch 4 classic bezel broken on timer

After I updated my Galaxy watch 4 classic to the most recent version, the bezel can no longer be rotated to end a timer or restart it.

This is very annoying as this feature was very useful.

I have tried multiple restarts of the watch.

I was not aware of this feature. Very cool! Thanks for sharing!

The way it works for me is that once the time is up, I can rotate the bezel clockwise to cancel the timer and anti-clockwise to restart the timer.

While the timer is active, rotating the bezel switches to the 2nd screen.
