Galaxy Watch 3 slow at displaying notifcations

My galaxy watch 3 is paired with my Note 9 and is slow at displaying notifications.  I get the notification on my phone 10-30 seconds before I get anything on my watch.  Samsung reminders created on my phone never appear on the watch.  This is a tiny bit frustrating.  Any suggestions?

@BridgeGael: Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue. Is this happening for an apps in particular, or are all notifications slow to come through. If you head to the Galaxy Wearables app on your Note 9 > Notifications, and disable the option 'Show Only While Wearing', and makes sure that 'Show While Using Phone' is enabled, does this help at all?
