Hello I was hoping that someone may be able to offer some troubleshooting help. Immediately after getting the latest mandatory Galaxy Watch 3 update my heart rate sensor isn't working at all when set to continuous. When set to 'every 10 minutes' and 'manual only' it works just fine.
I've reset the device to factory and had to re setup everything. I updated samsung health. I've also uninstalled samsung health and cleared the cache, restarted both my phone and my watch several times now and nothing seems to be working. I tried to call customer support for technical assistance but I'm going on 2 hours of hold time now so I need to find another avenue to get it working again.
