Galaxy Ultra watch stupid 'Are you awake' notification

I have this issue on my Galaxy watch ultra. In the middle of the night, if I want to check the time, my watch goes to full brightness and suggests that I'm awake, and do I want to turn off sleep mode. I don't want my watch to go to full brightness to ask me if I'm awake, I kind of know when i am...... What a stupid function. When I go to the wearable app, there is no setting within notifications that gives me 'morning routine', so I can't turn it off. Does anyone have an alternative way to turn the notification off, please?

Change the settings in modes and routines and lower the brightness levels. Just ignore the are you awake

The message overrides the brightness of the sleep clock level, so that won't work.

That's odd I don't recall mine doing that. But it does come up that you seem to be awake. I ignore it to be honest. But perhaps things are different for you.

Ignoring it is fine, but the point being, at 2am i wish to know the time, i don't want a torch in my face suggesting I'm awake and asking if I want to turn sleep mode off...... It's scheduled to turn off as per the phone. I'm capable of turning it off myself without being interrogated by the watch 😕
