Hi @Marma1 Do you have the latest update for the Galaxy Wearable app? A few other ideas:
Restart the earbuds by putting them back in the case , with the lid closed wait for the light to out after around 7 seconds and then try to to reconnect. could also reset Buds (About Buds-Reset ), unpairing and connecting again.
Another idea is to go to Settings - Apps - Samsung Wearables app -Storage -Clear cache and Data- restart the phone.
