I recently purchased a pair of the Galaxy Buds Pro earbuds and when I tried to connect them to my wearables app, it continuously says that the earbuds are not connected to my phone even though they are. Because they do not connect to my app, I am unable to use the noise cancelling feature which was one of the main reasons I bought them. Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

Same issue here. S24 Ultra. GB Pro 3 not showing up in Wearables bluetooth but show up in phone's bluetooth and Galaxy watch bluetooth. I can't trun LEDs on either.

@Zoffmeister, @spybaz, Where you bought this headphones ? These may be counterfeit if Wearable app don't see them.
