Question,

Please don't ask how.....but I dropped my buds which were in the closed charger case into a mug of coffee.

About 30 seconds later I was able empty mug and retrieve the pod case.

Absorbant cloth wiped case and pods. Removed ear rubbers, shaken all items to point where no moisture comes out.

Now drying.

Pod case shows charge light when on wireless charger. Pods show up on wear app.

Any suggestions in anything further i should do?

I know the pods are listed as IPX7 but that's for water not hot coffer and nit sure if that applies to the charger case?

Thanks!

@emeles: When drying off the earbuds, remove as much of the liquid as possible by dabbing the earpiece, microphone, touchpad, touch sensor, and charging contacts with a clean, soft cloth. You should also shake the earbuds to help remove excess liquid. After drying off the earbuds, allow them to air-dry for at least 12 hours or an entire day before using them.

If the earbuds do not work after removing all excess liquid, and if they have been drying for more than one day, then please head to samsung.com > Scroll to the bottom of the page > Contact us, and reach out via your preferred channel, and an advisor will be able to provide further support.
