Hey have a bit of a weird thing happening to my buds. Firstly I can't seem to get both working at the same time. When they're both in the case, the app detects both, and if I put my both buds in my ears, one will usually disconnect(usually the right one)
My right ear buds is also acting up, if I turn my head with it in, it just stops outputting sound until I turn my head back. It seems like it needs a direct line of sight to my phone.
I've tried everything from factory reset to forgetting the buds on my phone. They're both fully charged as indicated on the app and they work individually, it's just when both put in my ears they disconnect. I have also tried cleaning the sensors.
Any help would be appreciated!
