Galaxy buds case not charging

Hello,

I have the galaxy buds pro and recently the case has stopped holding any charge. I have left it plugged in with the red light showing. However when I open the wear app it shows it has 0% battery and when I open the case no lights come on.

When I place the buds in the case and plug the charger in, the buds recharge but the case does not.

I have tried different cables and also trying to wireless charge them but nothing is working. I have so reset the buds in the app.

Any help would be appreciated.

From what you've stated, seems like the case has a fault. Maybe the internal cells for the case died or have some faults. May need repair or replacement.
