Galaxy buds 3 pro - Retailer availability UK and ireland

I ordered the Galaxy buds 3 pro on Amazon and unfortunately on the day when they were supposed to be delivered the order was canceled and now I can't purchase the Galaxy bodes 3 pro on Amazon because the listing is not available as Amazon UK do not have them in stock. 

I am limited by where I can purchase them as I am using redeemed vouchers on amazon.co.uk and it is the only place I am willing to purchase them. 

Are retailers stocking them in the UK? It'd be really nice if there was an update as to why there are still delays on the UK Amazon site as I cannot get any information from Amazon customer service. I was wondering if the Samsung community knew anything.

There was a quality issue which delayed direct Samsung pre orders....would image that retailers are waiting on their deliveries

Hey GusB, yeah I'm well aware of the issues. Just strange that Amazon EU websites have the stock and the UK one doesn't. I was one of the preorders who got cancelled. I can put two and two together and see that retailers are waiting but why there is such a disparity between availability is what I want to know.

Anyone looking to buy these and has access to Costco can nab them for £160 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But its online only I think and you need to keep watching as currently out of stock.

So an update for anyone following this thread. Amazon UK are now showing the listing once again, however, the delivery window estimate is one of the most ridiculous things I have ever seen. 

Struggling to understand how Amazon and Samsung think that this is acceptable. Amazon EU sites can have the item within the week and yet the UK is a month minimum to wait and that can potentially stretch to February.

Yh mine says 28th Oct - 24th march 2025, I preordered these on the 6th august ( Delivery for 31st august ) they never came then amazon set me a email saying there's a delay with shipping I waited weeks, still no news so i contacted amazon via the help chat they said the same as the email. a week ago i looked at amazons site for the buds 3 pro and there in stock ( Delivery for like 2 days after order). so i complained to amazon why the hell are they forgetting preorders i got a 5 pound gift card from them so i cancelled the preorder and just bought them there and then  ( buy now ). 

if they don't come by Jan next year I will get a refund and get different brand, I AM NOT WAITING MORE THEN 6 MONTHS FOR SOME EARPHONES!!

Never again will i preorder on amazon.

Yeah I complained heavily and managed to get 25 pounds off them. Told them a fiver was an insult considering I was a July 15th preorder. 

They have apparently escalated my order with the fulfillment center and will ship ASAP. 

I'm hoping they come in the next month or two. If I have to wait any longer than that I will get a different brand as well.

Thanks bocajthomas0 that would be great if you could. I've received similar assurances before that it will ship in 48 hours and it hasn't happened.  Hope that this isn't the case for you and you get the shipment.

The delivery window is no longer being displayed on Amazon UK. Delivery is for October 21st now. Fingers crossed that my delivery will be the 19th.
