Hi, I recently got my galaxy buds 3 and when using the noice cancellation I don't really hear much difference and hear some white noise. Btw I don't really know much about noise cancellation. I just wondered if someone could explain how it works and if I have done anything wrong. I use this around the house and on the bus but I don't hear much difference. Does this only work at a certain volume level?
And ideas help me?

Firstly to explain how it works. Microphones on the outside of the earbuds hear outside sounds. The buds then play the opposite sound into your ears. This cancels out the sounds and makes them not exist anymore. To explain why you might not hear much of a difference, you need a really good fit in your ears for it to work. If there's even a tiny gap where sound can get into your ear, it basically fully stops anc working. This is why the buds 3 pro have silicone ear tips, it creates a much better seal. In your ear. Volume levels shouldn't matter. When enabled, anything it hears it'll try to cancel out, on the buds 3 pro you can control how strong it is. On the buds 3 you just get on or off
