Galaxy active watch Black screen

Hi all, my galaxy active 2 watch has got a black screen, the watch is still on and working it still vibrates but screen it completely black and you can't see anything, any advice on this?

@Babby, Do a soft reset by holding two buttons for a few seconds. Sometimes it could help.

@Babby, Then it is probably hardware fault. In this case you should go to the service

I had to send mine in to Samsung due to my screen acting up. They replaced the screen twice because they smashed the replacement screen while fixing it! If you have warranty on the watch send it for repair. (might be waiting a few months for it to come back to you though x
