Hi I upgraded phone nearly 3 weeks ago and was told I would recieve a free galaxy watch 6. Just wondering does anyone know how long they take to arrive and if I'm ment to do anything to claim it?

Hi @shanksy  From looking at the EE forum customers should receive a text within 2 weeks and the watch will be posted 15-30 days after purchase. There is no claim process as such.  You would need to get in touch with EE to enquire further.  https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/My-EE-app-and-website/Free-Samsung-6-watch/td-

I upgrade 3 weeks ago to a Samsung s23 ultra and u get a Samsung galaxy watch 6 and I still haven't had a email or text I don't know how to claim it
