I know this is an old thread. I was able to get this to work by installing G7 app Follow app and clarity app on my Galaxy s23 ultra. once all of that is working, you need to setup a follower (use your own email address and accept the invitation email that it sends you. at this point I only needed to install one app on my watch to get this working. Install Blose on your watch. during the setup of blose it will ask you to connect to a link and sign in using your dexcom login. once that is done Blose will pull your readings from dexcom. you then have 2 choices you can use the blose clock face or you can add the blose tile. I chose the blose tile as I like my current clock face. you can also add a complication to your current clock face that will display your number and trending number.
This works but I really would like the direct to watch to work, send a feature request to dexcom support asking for direct to watch to work for samsung wearables, it is not fair that Apple watches only get this feature.
