To return your Galaxy Fit 2 wristband to normal mode from download mode, you can try pressing and holding the touch button on the screen until the device turns off. Then, you can restart the wristband by pressing and holding the power button for about 10 seconds until the Samsung logo appears on the screen. If you still encounter issues, you may need to contact Samsung's customer service directly for further assistance.

I've been struggling with this problem for 2 weeks or so.
I tried to disconnect the band from the application, uninstall Samsung Wearable and the plugin associated with it, restart the phone and I end up with the same effect: the band in download mode
Previously, I had to wake up the band to see the download mode and the possibility of resetting (it didn't work), so I decided to let the battery drop to 0.
When it happened it showed 32% battery (he display froze on this digit) and desynchronized time a few minutes too late. Here it was displayed all the time, so the battery drain was quick.
When that happened it ended with what the video shows: a few vibrations (5 or 6), reset and download mode, and so on. So I'm turning to you, asking for help.

I pressed the restart button then when fit 2 displayed Samsung screen swiped down repeatedly until the fit 2 showed the clock face then swiped down again pressed the three dots to factory reset the fit 2. This took me about 10 minutes till I eventually got a brief time to access factory reset before it reverted back to download screen

Breaking news!
After completely discharging, press down seven times while charging, Restart
After connecting Fit2 to Galaxy S9 Wearable that was not in use, it returned to normal.
I suspect that the update failure occurred while connecting Fit3, Gear Sports, and Watch 4 Classic to S22.
It was a failed method, but I will try deleting Fit2 from S22 and reconnecting it later.

Turn off all currently connected Smart Watches and connect Fit2
S22 is recognized again and restarted. Previous settings were also restored.
It may be a connection problem due to S/W update
It may be a problem that occurred because Fit2 cannot be shut down when using it alternately with another Watch.
Anyway, I'm glad it came back to life. It's perfect for use at home or while sleeping.

Now I know for sure. It's a mess with Fit3. I tried using it alternately, but it crashed again after 3 days. When I try to charge the Fit3 after it's off, it automatically turns back on and goes dead.
I have no choice but to pair it with the S9 and use it only to check the time at home when I'm sleeping.
How did they make it like this...
