Sorry to hear this. I had similar problem and returned them to Samsung and they fixed them under warranty. Unfortunately it happend again, this time out of warranty and l have been unable to resolve the problem. I ended up buying new buds. Will ne interested if someone resolves the problem. I did have buds running on latest updates etc.
Hi Did manage to get it working correctly for a couple of days . Sadly it went back to reduced sound on the left earbud . I had a hearing test and no issue with the old lugs. Ended up buying new earbuds in the end . Thank you all for replying
