Hello @Sameradel97 and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum 👋
It might be beneficial to reset your earbuds and or delete the pairing, and reset them back up.
Sometimes the eartips are not quite right right to fit in one's ear canals so experimenting with different sizes { ear canals can be different sizes so may take independently different sized tips } and or try other manufacturers eartips.
I appreciate you've cleaned the earbuds however sometimes earwax gets inside the grill.
Now this is gonna sound gross 😝 > When my earbuds display output similar to yours I put the grill to my mouth and suck hard to dislodge the wax.
Told you it would sound gross 😉 however it's a tip I picked up years ago.
Ultimately a Samsung Service Centre or Samsung Experience Store can assess the earbuds.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎
