Duplicate records, a new issue.

Over the last week or so I have noticed duplicate records of activities being recorded. So, having a walk while I am most certainly actually having a swim being the best example. However, having two simultaneous walks has also happened. I am wearing a Samsung Ring, a Galaxy 4 watch, and when not in the pool, carrying an S23.

Clearly, the overall record now is out of sync and the AI segment of the software suite is potentially making recommendations that are based on erroneous data. 

The question are: why has this synchronisation issue suddenly manifested? Is it a known and or common issue with multiple wearables? Which device is most likely to be at issue? Why is it intermittent?
