Samsung galaxy watch been for repair 12 times, now they have it for 76 days, and won't refund the money. Can't call because they never answer calls or emails. They did promise a refund 2 months ago then changed their mind. Terrible company

How come you didn't ask for a replacement or refund after the first couple of times?
What problems are you getting on this watch.
Samsung would only refuse a refund if they had a reason.
To be honest if after the first or second time I'm surprised they didn't offer a replacement as clearly must have been an issue they couldn't fix.

They gave us a second watch, and they have had that back 3 times, now for nearly three months and refuse a refund.
