Connection problem wearable app

Recently bought the Samsung wireless buds to connect to my S10 and S5e tablet. No issues with the phone but after 2 days of use with the tablet there was a problem. Took the tablet abroad and on the second day, the message no longer compatible with this app appeared on the tablet. App not optimised was another message that popped up. Uninstalled the app, installed it again, same messages. Even did a factory reset but to no avail. Anyone had any similar problems?
