Can't make calls or txt off Samsung Ultra watch remotely

Hey,

Just wondering if anyone has had this problem via EE.

Phone works fine with BT connected but once I try and use it on its own through LTE on the watch it doesn't work.

Ran through troubleshooting with EE and they state the Esim is set up correctly.

Remote connection is on too.

Any ideas?

I had this issue with my ultra 7 watch in the end after months of refunds from ee they agreed to cancel the contract and I returned the watch. Bought the same watch from Samsung and just today took out a paired watch plan with ee. Watch makes and receives calls no problem, even with the phone turned off like it's supposed to be.
