I seem to have an issue with the left bud volume completely dropping. It started sounding quieter and now it's almost practically silent. Anyone else have this problem and know a fix for it? I already reset the buds, but no luck unfortunately.

I love Samsung, but one of my biggest struggles is this happening with their earbuds (Buds Live, Buds FE, and Buds 2 Pro). I'm sure I have bad luck, which I'm sure you've experienced. My best advice would be to send them away for repair.

In the past it was just debris in the bud I found, but these are tipless with no opening, so I'm unsure as to how to remedy this one...

Honestly I've already had a low opinion of them from the start, but this has just tipped my feelings even lower.

You could try buying isopropyl alcohol and carefully letting the components sit in it. Hopefully, this will break down debris. It is harmless to most components, but be mindful of the materials.

Hello @Joeeye

This has happened with previous buds of mine.

This is going to sound gross but i found sucking hard on the bud to remove the build up of debris actually helped.

I did say it sounds gross 🤢

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

Thanks, I read that somewhere too. I've booked them for repair, so hopefully they'll be replaced soon.
