i have a galaxy a14. my new buds2pro doesnt have the 360 audio. can i do something?

Hi @Giulia_s 360 Audio with Direct Multi channel is supported by Device srunning One Ui 4.1.1 and above https://www.sammobile.com/news/galaxy-buds-2-pro-support-360-audio/
can enable via Settings in Wearable app https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/what-is-the-galaxy-buds2-pro-360-audio-feature/?sr...
compatibility varies depending on app mind you,Dolby Atmos should be turned off.
