My Buds 3 pro case completely died. No red light, no nothing. Plugged it into all my usual chargers, multiple terminals around my house, my power bank, my phone itself, also tries x2 wireless chargers and the case is still dead. Any ideas?

No judging here just a bunch a questions
1-did you drop it as such its internals are damaged?
2-or, did you expose it to water or liquids that eventually seeped inside and caused a damage?
3-or, did you expose it to extreme temperatures hot or cold?
4-or did you use an incompatible charger with it that fried its circuits?

If none of the above took place and you were using it as intended by the guide lines, then probably it's a damaged unit and you can replace it if its still under warranty

Hey! Nope, none of these things. I've had them for 2 weeks, they haven't even left my bedroom (I use my old Buds Plus for outside use). The only chargers & cables I use are Samsung official ones I've accumulated over the years. I'll contact Samsung about the warranty

Just throwing it out there for anyone reading - I've booked a repair under Samsung warranty. I'll update if/when I have answers.

Some other info - the case isn't recognised on my wear app at all - except for half a second when I close the lid with the buds in place. No other time. And it shows as 0% battery despite having been left on charge for over 6 hours today.

Earlier, I left the charging cable plugged in despite having no red light, just to see what would happen. After 1 hour the red light finally came on, and I left them plugged in for another 6 hours. Then I connected them to my wear app, and both Buds showed at 100% but the case didn't show at all. I've since tried plugging the case back in to the charger, but again, I'm getting no red light.

I have tried resetting and reconnecting the Buds via the wear app. No changes. Since then, the same charger has gotten my Z Flip 6, Z Flip 3 and Tab S7 to full charge on fast charge without issues.

That sounds like a faulty unit indeed

Update for anyone who may be reading this with issues of their own - the case was 100% faulty, it was 100% not due to any user damage, Samsung repaired it for free under their warranty without so much as a word. The case is now returned to me and working just fine.
