Buds 2 Problem with one bud

Hello. 

Until this morning everything was fine with my buds 2. But now, I have problems with the right bud. Its volume is too low while the left one is ok and while wearing them and turning on noise canceling, right bud starts to play a weird noise like a whistle.

I've checked buds with several devices. 

Do I need service or is there any solution?

Galaxy s10. but also I'm encountering this issue connecting to my laptop.

Resetting and restarting didn't fix the issue. 

Do we have any idea about that whistle sound during noise canceling?
