Has anyone had any updates on the delivery date for reordered Buds3 pro.mine were due on 15th July but not heard anything since the email saying they was a quality issue.
Samsung will email those affected with a revised delivery date in the coming weeks, that's what they said in email to me, will either need to wait or cancel I guess.
Me, not heard or seen anything since they stopped delivery. But mine are due for delivery by the 2nd August. Which was the date I was given on pre ordering. It will be very interesting on what happens
I think is pretty pooe customer service from samsung not to atleast made contact. I had an email from samsung customer services on the thursday saying they had been dispatched then on the Friday the email saying they weren't arriving.
Tell me about it and I think what peeves me more is some people in the UK have them and in other countries, did they know of a certain affected batch and we were just the unfortunate ones? At least tell us that. And I don't get whyy screenshot shows dispatching from the 3rd aug but order now to receive from 23rd aug. Makes no sense.
I change my phone approx every 18 months next time i may look at another brand and am normally so loyal I have the new watch 7 as well as the previous buds models. So much for brand loyalty. If its one batch why not supply existing orders from another stock.
