I have just spoken with Samsung and here is the response 

Actually, we're starting the delivery of the buds. So rest assures that we will sorted all orders and deliver this right away

I have just checked my order, now changed to preparing for dispatch get by 12th August.

New DPD consignment note generated by Samsung, so looking good for delivery on Monday.

DPD has my parcel & it is on the way to local delivery centre. Hopefully I will have them by Monday.

I noticed on my order page the delivery date was changed to 2 weeks later.
So hopefully in just over a week I will get my buds

DPD have my parcel so I should have them by Monday 12th August

I pre ordered a pair and the status has just changed to preparing for dispatch with a delivery date of 12th August. My second order which I ordered on 21st July is still stuck at acknowledged with a del date of 16th so at least they are beginning to ship

Hopefully preorders placed on amazon will also start deliveries sooner than the 2nd Sept delivery date

Unlikely as Samsung has to fulfil customers who ordered directly from their website first.

I'm in the same boat. Have been in contact with Amazon and they say they have the stock but Samsung has an Embargo in place until the 31st. When contacting Samsung about why this is till in place I can't get a clear answer. I imagine they want to fulfil as many of their own orders as possible first. Annoying to be made wait another 3 weeks while others are getting their buds.

Samsung gives retailers the dates, they can't override them, even ordering direct on pre order is terrible, still waiting for my pros, yet some people have ordered in the last week and received them, yet pre ordered over a month ago and still waiting.

Yeah just find it odd that Samsung aren't issuing new dates. Like surely if they have the stock they could release new dates to retailers?

You would think so, but they can't even fulfil pre orders at the moment so who knows
