HR zones on watch5 and phoneA54

My HR zones in Samsung Health are presently set at default - 220 minus age. I am very fit and during exercise my HR can go to max 30 beats above default max. This makes all the other zones incorrect
 I have had my watch set with HR zones based on 170 so I know it can be done. Online help was hopeless and kept quoting me that the default settings were based on age etc and correct. This showed a lack of knowledge.
Van anyone help me to reset my HR zones to my previous settings before an update reverted the to default.
Thank you for any help you can give.

If you can go to your watch activity screen and click on more... settings... HR zones. You should be able to adjust from here.

Thanks for your reply. I have tried your suggestion and set my max to 170. Unfortunately, despite getting my HR to 174 on my run, all thr zones on my phone remain the same with max 139. This suggests that my whole run was at max - which is complete nonsense. I still have the problem but thanks for trying.

That is strange. I did a quick change with my Galaxy watch 5 pro.

Used the setting to change to custom and configured from 169 to 165.

The ranges for HR seemed to change correctly. The screenshots shown are before and after when looking at the health app on phone after syncing. The watch should also replicate the same zone ranges.

And thank you once again for sticking with my problem.
Very strange. All the settings for HR zones are what I want on my watch5. However they stubbornly remain at the default on my A54. All other items from my watch and workouts are correctly transferred. Because the zone settings are incorrect for me I appear to be able to work at max HR for ages
Perhaps I should consider the next Olympics!

Update:  I had a telephone conversation with Samsung.  They remotely took over my phone.  After nearly one hour it was decided there was a software problem and that  a message would be passed on to that effect.  Two days later the problem seemed solved and the zones I wanted were transferred  to my watch.  Unfortunately, after one workout they have reverted to default.
