Update: I had a telephone conversation with Samsung. They remotely took over my phone. After nearly one hour it was decided there was a software problem and that a message would be passed on to that effect. Two days later the problem seemed solved and the zones I wanted were transferred to my watch. Unfortunately, after one workout they have reverted to default.
