Active watch 2 screen comes off

This morning sitting at the table I looked at the time to find my watch screen hanging by the cable.

Searching for repairs it seems this is a common problem around the 2 year mark.

No I have not been swimming in a sauna, jackusi snowboarding or any environment where it could get immersed in water, I don't care for the claim its water resistant.

Long and the short of it I will get the problem sorted, however I will not purchase another watch from Samsung as much as I love its design and features

Same thing happened to me this morning. I was driving and something felt weird on my wrist, I looked at the watch and the screen was dangling on the wire. My watch is 3 years old. I never went swimming with it, it was never submerged in watert or damaged in any way. I contacted the local Samsung repair place and they want almost half the original price of the watch, to glue the screen down. I'm disgusted.

And my wife suffered the same issue today- Samsung now want £150 providing it needs nothing else can buy a watch 6 on Amazon for about that

Mine just did this today, warming up before tennis and looked down to see the screen flapping about! It's done well to last 6 years, but 6 years that I'd taken great care of it, I guess it's either try to DIY it or get a new one.

I am facing the same problem. To make it worse, the touch screen is not working. What do I do? Really disappointed with this product.

still have this watch, hoping to find something to stick it back together. BUT it was cheaper buying a new watch than going through the official route for repair, especially if screen isnt working like you have.

I replaced mine with a classic6 and large screen, and been happy with that, a big improvement over this one.
