No returns trade in label

I've finally received my Samsung s5 pro watch but there was no label or bag to send my old smart watch for trade in. I've emailed the helpdesk@samsungrecycle on Friday but I've not had a reply. I've got to the 28th for them to recieve it and I don't know what to do. Ideally I could do with them sending me a label to print at home so I can send it ASAP. Anyone have any advice?

If its not somewhere in the packaging, usually on an A4 sheet of paper with the instructions
It can be sent separately. You will only get the label now, as they stopped sending the bags.
Probably best to try and contact customer support, see if they can email you a prepaid address to send it
Normally though, the label will have the trade in reference number on it, that's particular to your purchase
