Watch 6 Classic 47mm Trade in offer

Bought and now recieved a 6 Classic 47mm in Black.....box opening shortly.

I agreed to use the trade in offer using my 5 Pro and recieved a label to return the device to Samsung.

As usual trying to get any clarification from Samsung is impossible.

When used trade in with a mobile I was told just send the mobile and notbsend any charger/USB cable etc 

Asked Samsung support twice now do I send back the watch, the watch & strap or the watch, strap & charging cable/magnetic bit?

So far been toldbtwo versions 1.everything and 2. Only watch/strap

Is there any Samsung people on here who can clarify with certainty what's goes back?

I always send back watch and strap, not always the original strap just what I have on during the time

For phones and tablets the usb you can get so easly and they not worried about that. The watch I always seen the terms asking for the charger as not everyone has a wireless charger for a watch so I assume they want to resell with the part. If you got it just send it back with it. Usually the new watch has a wireless charger in it.

Never sent anything back as trade in other then the body of the watch. No charger or strap.

Same here. I traded a watch active when I got my 4 classic. Just sent the watch body. Not the strap or charger.

But by not sending it back, I have a charger at home and at work 🤣

I've always just sent the watch body back with no strap (for hygiene reasons) and no charger.

Never had an issue with trade-in and have always been excepted.
