12 days since submitted claim for galaxy watch still waiting to be validated

Hi bought a s10 on the 27th dec and submitted the claim for the free watch on the 29th dec,it states that they will reply with further action within 7 days however it's been 12 days and still claim status is 'Claim Recieved' ,anybody had this issue or have waited this long to be validated, I thought the validation process would be quick within the 7 days but seems to be getting nowhere!
