I have purchased a S10+ have submitted a claim which is validated. Although my claim was validated on the 28th Jan 20 and its only 11 days into the 45 day waiting period I am wondering if anyone had received the Active watch as part of this promotion and how long it took approximatley?

Hi, I received mine about 3 and a half weeks after the order was validated, so well within the 45 days, you will receive email/text from the delivery company once it's on it's way.

You will love it once it arrives and it's worth the wait!
